Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. We coach every level, and most members start exactly where you are now. Our job is to meet you there and build from it.

What happens at the free intro?

A no-pressure look at the gym, a chat about your goals, and a walkthrough of the right program for you. No commitment required.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime, no questions asked.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes. We offer both one-on-one personal training and small group coaching, depending on what fits your goals and budget.

I'm over 40 — is this gym right for me?

Absolutely. We work with a lot of adults 30 to 55 who want to get stronger and stay healthy. Training is scaled to you, not to a 22-year-old.
